Returns Policy

ALFA LUMINAR is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by offering credits or exchanges for any products purchased from us. To initiate a return, please send the item back within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging, including all attachments and accessories.

Please note that Wi-Fi smart switches must be connected to the internet via Wi-Fi and installed by a qualified electrician. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the voiding of the warranty.

To maintain affordable product pricing for all customers, returns due to purchasing errors or change of mind will incur non-recoverable fees, including shipping costs, payment processing fees, and a 20% handling fee (minimum of R100) to cover transaction processing.

For unopened products returned in brand-new condition due to over-purchasing, we can issue a credit; however, the aforementioned costs will still apply.

We do not accept returns for opened items as we do not sell secondhand products.

We are dedicated to providing excellent service while balancing the needs of all customers. To this end, our warranty process is straightforward: Customers should complete a form and ship the device back to us. We will test it on the same day. If the device is found to be faulty, we will replace it and ship it back to you at no additional cost or include it with your next order. If the device is functioning normally, return shipping will be at your expense or can be included with your next order.
