Leon brings over 25 years of expertise in managing high-impact organisations. Known for his visionary leadership, Leon excels in guiding diverse teams and initiatives through complex environments. His career includes leading global operations and projects, building robust relationships with multiple Governments, NGOs, the United Nations, and Private Sector entities. Leon's strengths lie in strategic management, stakeholder engagement, and innovative problem-solving, particularly in multi-cultural settings. During his tenure at Steadex, Leon propelled the company to international recognition in consulting and outsourcing. His MBA from Liverpool University enhances his extensive practical experience and dedication to continuous improvement and effective project implementation.  Leon is currently participating in the prestigious Stanford Seed STP program (2024 Cohort).

Carl is a Mechanical Engineer with a solid foundation in research and development. He is skilled in hands-on problem-solving and has a proven ability to manage and execute projects effectively. Carl’s strengths include project management and a commitment to continuous learning, ensuring he stays current with engineering advancements. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North-West University, Carl is focused on driving innovative and sustainable solutions. His work is defined by attention to detail, dedication to quality, and a focus on delivering impactful results.

Reinhardt is deeply passionate about nature and the outdoors, finding immense joy in exploring the beauty of the world. In 2022, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Science and Business Management, which provided him with a solid foundation in business operations and management. He has significant experience as a General Manager, successfully leading a team of over 30 staff members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

With an entrepreneurial mindset, he identifies market opportunities and approaches challenges with a hands-on, solution-driven attitude. Reinhardt is driven by a desire to create positive change and improve people's lives. His combination of academic qualifications, practical experience, and commitment to making a difference positions him as a unique and inspiring individual ready to leave a meaningful impact.

Jack has built and scaled numerous ventures across the USA and Africa, including NINAYO, Silver Creek Insights and Maua Mazuri. He splits his time between Kilimanjaro and Silicon Valley.
